Digger Wasp
Scolia dubia

And Common House Fly

I'm not 100% sure on this wasp's identification.
It looks pretty much like a Digger Wasp,
but Digger Wasp larva are supposed to eat Green June Beetle larve,
and adult Digger Wasps sometimes suck the juices from adult beetles,
but we aren't supposed to have those beetles in Oregon -
though I have seen several beetles that look similar.
